WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO:
- Communicate with clients from the first inquiry to the end of the event.
- Prepare proposals, manage reservations and event calendar.
- Establish relationships with companies and present our event options.
- Showcase “Travelers' House”, “Konrad Villa” and Vėjų Parkas to potential clients.
- Help clients choose the most suitable services, activities and event solutions.
- Coordinate events and ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Contribute to developing and selling Vėjų Parkas programs to companies, schools, camps and retreat organizers.
- Look for ways to attract more groups and events, especially during the off-season (October-April).
- As you gain experience and results, you will take on more responsibility for the complex's operations.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You like people, know how to make connections and are not afraid of calls.
- You are proactive, responsible and able to plan work independently.
- You want to not only administer, but also sell.
- You are able to manage several tasks at the same time and adhere to agreements.
- You have a category B driver's license.
- You can participate in events according to a pre-agreed schedule.
- Experience in customer service, sales, tourism or event organization would be an advantage, but the most important thing is motivation and the ability to learn.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Starting salary of €2,400 gross per month.
- 1% from sold and paid events received through general inquiries.
- 3% from independently attracted new client events, and during the off-season
- Bonuses are calculated from the actually received income excluding VAT.
- After 3–6 months – a review of the fixed salary and responsibilities.
- Hybrid work model: part of the time you can work in the Vilnius office or remotely, and client meetings and events take place at the “Travelers' House”, “Konrad Villa” and the Wind Park. For those living further away – the opportunity to negotiate partial reimbursement of travel expenses.
