"Taurakalnis" is the largest event catering and service company in Lithuania. We implement everything from the most private and luxurious celebrations, state-level events to mass events with thousands of people. We are looking for an ambitious and attentive person who loves not only people, but also food to join our friendly and professional sales team.
We are looking for a responsible, diligent person who loves food and people to work in the office in Vilnius. You will work on various projects - from private personal celebrations to large business, state and mass events. You will consult clients, help create menus, select the most suitable dishes, and your ideas will be implemented by professional kitchen and event service teams.

What will your working day look like?
- You will help clients choose the best catering and service solutions for celebrations;
- You will contribute to the creation of menus for banquets, buffets, Gala dinners, corporate events;
- You will constantly communicate with customers, event organizers, event managers and kitchen staff;
- You will answer inquiries about events, prepare proposals, communicate a lot by phone, solve problems, listen to thanks 😊 .
Main responsibilities
- Consult clients and event organizers, helping to choose the most suitable catering solutions for various events: coffee breaks, conferences, corporate events, weddings, state events, buffets, banquets, etc.
- Communicate with clients by phone, e-mail and during live meetings.
- Prepare commercial offers and create event menus.
- Proactively follow catering market trends and contribute to the creation of new dishes and offers.
- Work closely with kitchen, event service teams and company managers.
- Administer customer inquiries, orders and invoices.
- Achieve set sales goals and ensure high quality customer service.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education.
- Experience in a similar type of work (catering, hospitality, customer service, administration or sales).
- Responsibility, diligence, independence and excellent communication skills.
- Creativity and interest in catering and event market trends.
- Ability to coordinate several projects at the same time and effectively resolve emerging situations.
- A sincere desire to help the client and create an exceptional experience for them.
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language and good English skills. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Good working skills with MS Excel.
- Experience working with AI tools, Finvalda, Wix or other business management systems would be an advantage.
Working hours
Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
