Event Sales Manager

Grand Hotel Vilnius, Curio Collection by Hilton is looking to recruit a Sales Manager (M&E / C&E) to join its team, who will be responsible for developing hotel services and events sales, organizing events, and building long-term relationships with customers.

Main responsibilities:
Preparing individual commercial offers based on customer needs;
Successfully selling hotel services and events;
Organizing and coordinating events from inquiry to implementation;
Coordinating event details with customers and the hotel team;
Ensuring smooth event flow and high service quality;
Implementing sales goals and increasing event revenue.

Successful work experience in sales (hospitality sector is an advantage);
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Initiative, result orientation and sense of responsibility;
Ability to independently plan work and manage several tasks simultaneously;
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (verbal and written);
Higher education.

2100-2500 €/mon. gross
The salary depends on the candidate's experience, competencies and achieved results. An additional motivational system with bonuses directly linked to sales results is also applied.
