361 Forma is a creative event organization agency, so the work here is creative, dynamic, and organized. We spend a lot of time just coordinating things at the computer, brainstorming in the office, or visiting certain event-related facilities in the city. And we go to events where we don't count our working hours or our strength. We are very team-oriented and focused on a quality result - so we expect the same from all our colleagues. Since everything changes or is decided at events at a very high speed - we react quickly, and we act even faster. But most importantly - our work is unconventional and not boring, so the number of opportunities to express or make sense of our abilities is unlimited.

1. We do not promote working from home - we work in an office in Vilnius
2. Very good (!) writing and speaking in Lithuanian
3. Very good or good writing and speaking in English
4. Ability to multitask and react quickly, not get lost in various situations, ability to adapt to the team and colleagues
5. Ability to drive - a huge advantage

Everything else - can be learned over time :)
