To organize the major and most important events of the Ežerėlis Cultural Center in the territories served by the cultural center: Ežerėlis, Zapyškis, Ringaudai, Akademija and major events in Kaunas district, taking place in the cultural heritage site - the old Zapyškis church.
To initiate events, write event scripts, programs, generate ideas for new projects, search and communicate with performers, art professionals, engage in the development of international relations and communication, work in a team.

Employee requirements
Higher education in the field of art (directing);
1 year of work experience;
To know the specifics of event directing work;
Be able to work in a team, cooperate with an artist, choreographer, specialists of other genres;
Be organized, proactive and creative;
Know how to plan and organize your own work and coordinate the work of others;
Good English language skills;
