What will you do?
Main activities and core responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and constraints
- Act as a trusted advisor, provide expert guidance on selecting the most suitable trucks based on customer requirements
- Foster collaboration with the team to constantly adapt/improve solution offer match with customer needs both from a product and service perspective
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and facilitate repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to customers
- Identify growth opportunities within the accounts and develop strategies to pursue them
- Achieve sales targets and contributing to overall business growth
- Negotiate terms and pricing to secure profitable deals while meeting customer expectations
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions marketing using CRM system
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

- Preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and preferably in automotive area
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales & negotiations skills, strong commercial attitudes
- Strong solution-oriented and analytical thinking abilities
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Dedication to customer satisfaction
- Ability to anticipate and handle difficult situations
- Ability to take initiatives and lead them
- Ability to work in a team
- A desire to learn and improve
- Excellent Lithuanian and good verbal and written English language skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Remuneration setup:
The first 6 month salary of no less than 3.000 EUR (before taxes) guaranteed (including premium).
Salary depends on skills, work experience and work results.
Salary level: from 1.600€ to 2.700€ per month gross base salary (before withholding taxes) depending on skills and experience + Performance-based sales bonus system. Salary depends on skills, work experience and work results.
