Nature of work:
- Organize visits of Lithuanian and export clients, coordinating all services related to accommodation, meals, transport, entertainment, etc. both inside and outside the company;
- Establish and develop relationships with representative partners, agree on terms of cooperation;
- Manage and administer event and visit documents;
- Plan and implement business or holiday gifts - from idea generation to purchase, packaging and shipping to clients.
Requirements:
- Higher university/non-university education in management, communication or similar field;
- At least minimal successful practical work experience in performing similar responsibilities;
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
- Good English language skills (written and spoken);
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken);
- Key personal qualities: openness to change, cooperation, responsibility, achieving results, communication, customer service orientation, personal efficiency.
