Restaurant manager in -
1. Purchase and cost control of all supplies.
2. Controlling Inventory and food consumption.
3. Controlling kitchen hygiene and procedures.
4. Managing sales computer system and controlling daily sales reports and bills.
5. Managing Payments and preparing papers for the accountant.
7. Hire, train and manage about 10-11 waitresses. Ensure high quality service.
8. Manage sales and marketing work.
