Restaurant Administrator (Assistant Manager)

We are looking for an Assistant Manager who will be the main partner of the Restaurant Manager in daily activities and will ensure smooth shift work, high service quality and effective team coordination.

This is an active, dynamic and operational position. We are looking for someone who likes to be among people, feels best in a lively restaurant environment and gets energy from action, communication and teamwork. You will spend most of your working time in the restaurant hall - communicating with guests, coordinating the work of the team, solving daily operational issues and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

The Restaurant Administrator organizes and coordinates shift work, monitors service quality, helps the team during the most intense moments of work, promptly resolves emerging situations and contributes to the implementation of the restaurant's goals. This is a great opportunity for people who seek to grow in the field of management and become a Restaurant Manager in the future.

This is not an office or administrative position with a standard work schedule. In this role, it is important to be a visible leader who does not observe processes from the side, but actively participates in their implementation. Being present at the restaurant during the most intensive work periods is an integral part of these duties, therefore flexibility in working evenings, weekends and holidays is expected, taking into account the needs of the business.

Organizing and coordinating smooth shift work.

Resolving operational situations and guest complaints.
Ensuring guest satisfaction and an exceptional service experience.
Assisting the Restaurant Manager in implementing daily operational goals.
