RESTAURANT ADMINISTRATOR / BAR MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced, responsible and organized person who would be able to lead a team of service personnel, ensure high quality of service and smooth operation of the restaurant and bar.

Main responsibilities:
Organization and coordination of the work of the waiter team during different shifts;
Selection of employees, training of new team members and supervision of the quality of their work;
Ensuring high standards of service and order;
Coordination of work schedules and daily personnel issues;
Operative resolution of various situations and problems;
Maintenance and ordering of bar drinks and other goods;
Smooth cooperation with the kitchen and other hotel departments.

At least 2 years of work experience in a restaurant, bar or catering industry;
Good knowledge of restaurant work and service processes;
Ability to organize teamwork, communicate clearly and take responsibility;
Organization, independence and the ability to quickly navigate different situations;
Initiative and willingness to get involved in the daily work of the restaurant;
Orientation to high service quality and teamwork;
Knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
