- Monitoring restaurant processes and ensuring that all work runs smoothly - from taking and serving orders to maintaining the premises and organizing catering services;
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service, solving problems and creating a pleasant guest experience.
Employee requirements
- At least several years of experience in the restaurant sector;
- Understanding of restaurant business processes and customer needs;
- Ability to organize teamwork, coordinate tasks and motivate colleagues to achieve common results;
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude;
- Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and staff;
- Ability to speak English.
