Employee requirements
- At least two years of experience in the restaurant sector;
- Understanding of restaurant business processes and customer needs;
- Ability to organize teamwork, coordinate tasks and motivate colleagues to achieve common results;
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude;
- Ability to communicate effectively and pleasantly with both customers and staff;
- Ability to speak English;
- Motivation, responsibility and desire to build a strong team together.
