You will be responsible for:
- Management of a newly opened restaurant and successful implementation of activities.
- Implementation of restaurant operational processes, their improvement.
- Formation of a team of employees, organization and control of work, development and motivation.
- Ensuring the quality of employees' work.
- Coordination of the supply, safe storage and production process of food products and quality assurance.
- Timely and careful completion of documents necessary for the activity, preparation of reports.
- Professional guest service and implementation of the team's qualitative goals.
- Analysis of customer flows and submission of proposals.
- Improvement of the menu, ensuring the financial results of the unit's activities.
- Implementation of a coordinated marketing action plan.
- Initiation, development and implementation of restaurant activity and guest service standards.
- Ensuring smooth and efficient daily work of the restaurant.

- You have at least 5 years of successful management experience in the catering sector.
- You know the production processes.
- You are able to organize effective team work, be demanding about the quality of employees' work.
- You quickly orientate yourself in various situations, you achieve the goal by combining different interests.
- You know how to create a pleasant and welcoming environment for the restaurant guests, and the employees feel support and professional communication.
- You are a receptive, demanding, purposeful, responsible and diligent person, able to set goals for yourself.
- You have the talent to effectively and practically organize time and other resources needed for work.
- You understand and can communicate in English (Russian or another foreign language would be an advantage).
