Currently looking for a production manager.
- Managing subordinate personnel, organizing and controlling their work;
- Ensuring the quality of personnel work;
- Drawing up staff work schedules;
- Preparing restaurant raw materials;
- Processing, analyzing and controlling production indicators, preparing reports.
Employee requirements
- higher or higher education (in the food industry) would be an advantage
- Knowledge of production processes;
- Knowledge of meat processing and processing processes;
- Skills in organizing staff work;
- Analytical thinking, excellent organizational, communication and conflict resolution skills;
- Computer skills;
- Honesty, responsibility, orderliness and initiative.
