Responsible for the restaurant's work during his shift: oversees service, ensures high service quality, coordinates the team and takes care of the guest experience. We are looking for someone with experience, initiative and good energy.
Responsible for the restaurant's work during his shift: oversees service, ensures high service quality, coordinates the team and takes care of the guest experience. We are looking for someone with experience, initiative and good energy.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant during your shift.
- Be in the restaurant most of the time during the shift supervising the activities.
- Oversee the quality of service and ensure that guests receive exceptional attention.
- Resolve operational issues, take guest reservations and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Cooperate with the kitchen and manager to achieve the highest standard of service.
We expect from you:
- Experience as a restaurant administrator or head waiter.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Positivity and willingness to be an example for the team.
Desired skills:
- Cocktail knowledge
