We are looking for RESTAURANT WAITERS in the Monte Pacis team 🤝

If you like communicating with people and want to work in a friendly team - we invite you to apply. We will create an exceptional guest experience - we will tell the story of Monte Pacis, present taste experiences and take care of every detail of the guest's visit.

Job description:

  • Restaurant and hotel guest service
  • Guest service in the restaurant's indoor areas, and in the warm season - on outdoor terraces and on Liepų alėja
  • Presentation of wine and dish tastings to guests of the complex
  • Preparation of the workplace before the shift and maintaining order during and after work
  • Work with the Rkkeper7 cash register program
  • Service at private events, celebrations and concerts
  • Cooperation with the kitchen and hotel teams

Employee requirements

We expect you to:

  • Be able to work full shifts according to a pre-arranged work schedule
  • Are responsible, punctual and motivated to achieve high service standards
  • Enjoy communicating with people and are able to create a pleasant guest experience
  • Are quick-witted, attentive to details and able to work effectively in a team
  • Have a professional approach to work and presentable appearance
  • Speak Lithuanian fluently and have good command of English
  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages would be considered an advantage
