To organize and carry out control over the work activities of shift workers;
Organize the work of employees directly subordinate to themselves in accordance with the guest service standard and rules of procedure;
Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager;
Effective organization and control of restaurant staff work;
Ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant.

Work experience as a waiter;
