RESTAURANT SHIFT MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and responsible person who would be able to effectively organize the work of the service staff team, ensure high service quality and smooth operation of the restaurant and bar.

Main responsibilities:
Organizing and coordinating the work of the waiter team during different shifts;
Training new team members and supervising the quality of their work;
Ensuring high standards of service and order;
Coordination of daily staff issues;
Prompt resolution of various situations and problems;
Supervision of the remaining drinks and other goods in the bar;
Smooth cooperation with the kitchen and other hotel departments;
Supervision of conference rooms and organizing the team's work during conferences;
Work on a rotating schedule in shifts.

At least 2 years of work experience in a restaurant, bar or catering industry;
Good knowledge of restaurant work and service processes;
Ability to organize teamwork, communicate clearly and take responsibility;
Organization, independence and the ability to quickly navigate different situations;
Initiative and willingness to get involved in the daily work of the restaurant;
Orientation to high service quality and teamwork;
Knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
