About the company:

Raudondvaris Orangery Restaurant is a place where an exceptional environment, quality cuisine and attention to each guest come together. We are currently looking for a manager who can ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, build a strong team and create an experience that will make guests want to return.

What will your day look like:

  • You will ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant
  • You will mobilize, motivate and coordinate the restaurant team
  • You will ensure a high service culture and guest experience
  • You will plan work processes, schedules and supervise their implementation
  • You will solve daily situations and ensure smooth cooperation between different teams
  • You will analyze performance results and initiate improvement solutions.

You will do great if:

  • Have management experience in the restaurant, hotel or hospitality sector
  • Are a leader that the team trusts and follows
  • Able to maintain high service quality even on the busiest days
  • Able to plan, organize and make decisions
  • Are result-oriented, but understand that it is people who create it
