Restaurant Manager

You will develop and implement sales promotion strategies to achieve the best results
You will organize and plan the work of the team, motivate people to achieve the maximum
You will select new team members, train them and help them integrate quickly
You will monitor the quality of work and constantly look for what can be improved
You will work with the cash register system and restaurant management program
You will conduct inventories and analyze their results
You will manage personnel and financial documents
You will prepare reports for management based on specific data
You will quickly notice and solve problems before they have time to grow
You will prevent conflicts, and if they arise, you will know how to resolve them calmly
You will make sure that every guest leaves satisfied and returns again
You will maintain contacts with suppliers and partners

Experience in leading a team and the ability to inspire others with a desire to act
Excellent Russian and English - both spoken and written
Excellent computer skills and various software applications
Experience in working with guests
Ability to communicate easily and work in a team
Initiative - not waiting for someone to tell you what to do, but to act on your own
Calm and clear thinking even in stressful or conflict situations
Ability to work evenings and weekends
