We are developing a restaurant that focuses not only on quality food, but also on the guest experience, a strong team, smooth processes and consistently growing restaurant results.

We are currently looking for a restaurant manager who would take responsibility for all restaurant activities, be able to mobilize the team, maintain high service standards, grow customer loyalty and at the same time achieve clear business results.

We are looking for more than just an administrator or someone who coordinates daily tasks. We need a leader who sees the overall picture of the restaurant, is able to make decisions, initiates changes and involves the team by example.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to form a team, improve work processes, create a high-level guest service culture, actively contribute to the restaurant's awareness and growth in customer flow and directly see the result of your work.

Organize, coordinate and ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant;
Ensure a high level of food, service, cleanliness and hospitality quality;
Form, develop and motivate the restaurant team;
Plan the work of employees, create schedules and control their implementation;
Monitor the quality of employee work, provide feedback and help the team grow;
If necessary, organize the search, selection and induction of new employees;
Set clear goals for the team and ensure their implementation;
Plan, analyze and control the main indicators of the restaurant's performance;
Control income, expenses, cost price, labor costs and other financial indicators;
Actively seek ways to increase the restaurant's income and operational efficiency;
Contribute to the development of marketing ideas, promotions, events, special offers and other initiatives;
Create and grow a loyal customer base, encourage repeat visits;
Analyze customer flow, needs and feedback and propose solutions for improving operations accordingly;
Cooperate with the marketing team and contribute to increasing the restaurant's awareness;
Look for new opportunities to attract customers, increase sales and strengthen the restaurant's position in the market;
Ensure accounting and control of goods, products and other restaurant resources;
Promptly resolve problems and complex situations arising in daily operations;
Prepare and submit necessary operational reports and documents in a timely manner;
Cooperate with restaurant owners and make proposals for improving and developing operations.

You would be a strong team example, creating a work culture based on trust and respect.

You have at least 3 years of managerial experience;
You have experience in the catering, restaurant, hotel or service sector;
You have a good understanding of the specifics of restaurant operations and its main processes;
You have worked with performance, sales, cost and employee performance indicators;
You understand the importance of customer loyalty, marketing and sales growth;
You can specifically name the results achieved in previous jobs;
You are able to make decisions independently and take responsibility for their implementation;
You have good computer skills;
You are ready to learn new systems and constantly improve work processes;
You can provide recommendations from previous employers.

Higher education in business, management, hospitality or a similar field would be considered an advantage.
