Nature of work
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS JOB:
- Manage the restaurant at an operational level – ensure that the kitchen, hall and the entire daily routine run smoothly.
- Build and strengthen the team – responsibly select and onboard new employees, plan shifts, and resolve daily human resources issues.
- Be a team leader – motivate, develop employees, and create a positive work atmosphere.
- Monitor quality – from guest service standards to hygiene and compliance with internal procedures.
- Coordinate supplies – oversee order, inventory, and supplier management together with the administration.
- Solve problems in real time – surprises are your strong point.

- You have experience in leading a team in the catering industry (at least 2 years).
- You know how to make quick decisions, cope with pressure and keep a clear head.

- Your standards are high - customer, cleanliness, time, communication.
