🍕 A NEW FOCUS IS EMERGING IN KAUNAS. COULD YOU BE ITS MANAGER?
FOKUS PIZZA, which is already well known in Vilnius and Ukmergė, is expanding and will soon open a new pizzeria in Kaunas.
Therefore, we are looking for someone who not only knows how to say "we do", but also knows how to make the hall full of people, the team full of energy, and the numbers in the report look as good as our pizzas.
RESTAURANT MANAGER
In short - we are looking for someone who can maintain focus even when:
🍕 several dozen pizzas are being baked at the same time;
📞 someone wants a table for a large company "in half an hour";
👨🍳 the kitchen says everything is fine;
😄 the hall says everything is almost fine;
📊 and you can already see what needs to be done to make the evening end perfectly.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will lead the new FOKUS PIZZA team in Kaunas and ensure that:
the restaurant operates as a well-coordinated team;
the employees know not only what to do, but also why they do it;
the guest comes the first time for the pizza, and the second time – because he just likes it here;
the quality of service and food is such that it is a pleasure to read Google reviews;
work schedules, orders, leftovers and other matters of restaurant life are controlled;
sales grow;
problems are solved before they become problems;
the new FOKUS PIZZA location in Kaunas gains momentum, a team and its own face from day one.

you are demanding, but people want to work with you;
you are not afraid of responsibility and decisions;
the words “this is not my job” are not your favorite phrase;
you want to not just administer a restaurant, but grow a new FOKUS PIZZA in Kaunas from scratch.
It would be great if:
