Nature of work:
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant.
- Lead, motivate and coordinate a team of approximately 20 employees.
- Ensure a high service culture and a positive guest experience.
- Plan work processes and employee schedules, supervise their implementation.
- Organize the restaurant's work during daily service, holidays and banquets.
- Resolve daily situations and ensure smooth cooperation between different teams.
- Analyze performance results, identify areas for improvement and initiate changes.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant, hotel or hospitality sector.
- Ability to mobilize, motivate and inspire a team.
- Good organizational and planning skills, ability to make independent decisions.
- Results-oriented and high quality customer service.
- Ability to remain professional and effectively solve problems during intensive work.
- Knowledge of English or Russian is an advantage.
