Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced, proactive and result-oriented Restaurant Manager who will take responsibility for the smooth operation of the restaurant, team leadership and the highest quality guest experience.

This is an active management position where you will be responsible for all daily restaurant processes - from organizing the work of the team and ensuring service standards to operational efficiency, financial results and long-term success of the restaurant.

We are looking for a leader who not only organizes and controls processes, but also actively participates in the daily activities of the restaurant, inspires the team, promptly solves challenges and creates a high work culture by example.

This is not an office position with a standard work schedule. You will spend most of your working time in the restaurant, communicating with guests, coordinating the work of the team and ensuring smooth operations. We expect you to be a visible leader, able to maintain high standards even during the most intense work periods.

• Planning, organizing and controlling the daily activities of the entire restaurant.
• Organizing staff work, team building and effective scheduling.
• Training, developing, motivating and evaluating employee performance.
• Ensuring high standards of service, food quality and hygiene.
• Monitoring, analyzing the restaurant's financial indicators and implementing goals.
• Increasing the efficiency of work processes and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
• Controlling inventories, orders and operating costs.
• Resolving conflict situations and ensuring high guest satisfaction.
• Preparing reports, administering documentation and monitoring compliance with established procedures.
• Promptly resolving emerging problems and making key operational decisions.
• Creating a positive team culture and promoting cooperation among employees.

• Have management experience in the restaurant, catering or hospitality sector.
• You are able to independently organize the activities of the entire restaurant and take responsibility for the results.
• You know how to effectively lead a team, develop employees and maintain their motivation.

• You are able to analyze performance indicators, plan resources and control costs.

• You are ready to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, taking into account the needs of the restaurant's activities.
