Restaurant Manager

A company engaged in the catering business is looking for a new team member to take care of the Restaurant located in the center of Kaunas. We are looking for a responsible, proactive and leadership-minded Restaurant Manager who would ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant and high quality of customer service.
🔹 Main job functions:
Organize and coordinate the daily activities of the restaurant;
Ensure high quality of customer service and resolve customer complaints;
Manage staff: plan work schedules, motivate the team, carry out employee selection and training;
Control food quality, compliance with hygiene and sanitary standards;
Analyze sales results and achieve set financial goals;
Manage supply processes and cooperate with suppliers;
Prepare reports and submit proposals for improving operations;
Ensure efficient use of resources (human, financial, material);
Organize events held in the restaurant, banquets, buffets, personal celebrations.

Willingness to work. Helpful and friendly communication with customers. Creating team spirit in the restaurant. Experience in similar work.
