Employee requirements:
- Experience in the catering sector in a management position for 2 or more years;
- understanding of the specifics of restaurant operations, as well as pleasant customer service;
- independence and ability to plan a week without constant supervision:
- love for work.
You will be responsible for:
- Quality of service and kitchen staff work, organization and control of their work;
- smooth operation of the restaurant, maintenance of a tidy and presentable environment and happy customers;
- ensuring the quality standards of prepared food and service;
- preparation of necessary reports, analysis and improvement of key restaurant performance indicators, salary data reports for accounting;
- work with suppliers;
- selection of employees, support of the motivational system, organization of service training;
- environmental maintenance;
- operative solution of small, and sometimes more complex problems;
- generation of new ideas that can improve the quality of the restaurant's work;
- advertising and marketing of the company.
