Employee requirements
- Experience in personnel management, restaurant, catering or similar field;
- ability to lead a team and make decisions;
- excellent communication skills;
- responsibility and organization;
- ability to work at a fast pace and solve unexpected situations;
- not afraid to talk to employees and resolve conflicts;
- initiative and willingness not only to notice problems, but also to look for solutions to them.
