You will be responsible for:

Restaurant management and successful operation.
Implementation of restaurant operational processes, their improvement.
Formation of a team of employees, organization and control of work, training and motivation.
Ensuring the quality of employees' work.
Coordination of the supply, safe storage and production process of food products and quality assurance.
Timely and careful completion of documents necessary for the operation, preparation of reports.
Professional guest service and implementation of the team's qualitative goals.
Analysis of customer flows and submission of proposals.
Improvement of the menu, ensuring the financial results of the unit's activities.
Implementation of an agreed marketing action plan.
Initiation, development and implementation of restaurant activity and guest service standards.
Ensuring smooth and efficient daily work of the restaurant.

You have at least 5 years of successful management experience in the catering sector.
You know the production processes.
You are able to organize effective team work, be demanding about the quality of employees' work.
You quickly orientate yourself in various situations, you achieve the goal by combining different interests.
You know how to create a pleasant and welcoming environment for the restaurant guests, and the employees feel support and professional communication.
You are a receptive, demanding, purposeful, responsible and diligent person, able to set goals for yourself.
You have the talent to effectively and practically organize time and other resources needed for work.
You understand and can communicate in English (Russian or another foreign language would be an advantage).
