During the summer season, the restaurant's life gets even more exciting - an outdoor terrace is open, concerts, events are held, takeaway food is organized and additional seasonal points are added.

We are currently looking for a restaurant manager who would be able to combine the team, processes and hospitality culture into one strong daily experience.

What will your working day look like?

  • You will ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant and daily processes.
  • You will manage a team of about 20 employees - you will organize work, develop, motivate and help them grow.
  • You will oversee the quality of service and guest experience.
  • You will coordinate work during the season, when additional events and more active activities are held.
  • You will cooperate with the kitchen, administration and other departments.
  • You will analyze results, customer flows and contribute to the improvement of activities.
  • You will help ensure order, clarity and a good atmosphere in the team.
  • You have management experience in the field of catering or hospitality.
  • You know how to work with people - both with the team and with guests.
  • You are able to maintain calm and structure in a dynamic environment.
  • You are organized, responsible and focused on quality.
  • You have good managerial knowledge and are able to make decisions.
  • You understand that a strong team starts with a good leader.
