- Ensure compliance with service and production quality standards;
- Organize, control and ensure smooth and efficient work of the restaurant and staff;
- Achieve sales goals - by training, motivating, guiding and providing feedback to restaurant employees;
- Perform financial and economic accounting of the restaurant.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and an impeccable reputation of the restaurant;
Employee requirements
- Supervised work experience in the restaurant business;
- Excellent skills in team building and motivation of personnel;
- Responsibility, organization, orientation towards excellent work results;
- Problem solving, critical thinking in non-standard situations;
- Computer skills.
