Organize, control and ensure the smooth operation of the Dodo Pizza restaurant and the efficiency of the staff.
Ensure the highest standards of service and production quality, characteristic of the Dodo Pizza brand.
Train, develop and motivate the team to achieve the best results.
Manage the restaurant's financial and economic accounting.
Quickly solve both minor and more complex problems.
Prepare employee work schedules.
Prepare reports and order the necessary raw materials.
Perform inventory.
Maintain a tidy, presentable restaurant environment and ensure that every customer leaves us happy and satisfied.

Have experience working in fast food restaurants.
Understand the specifics of restaurant operations, sanitary requirements and providing impeccable customer service.
Are ready to acquire the skills of a cashier, pizza baker and shift manager (training begins with work in the kitchen).
Are able to effectively organize work, manage and motivate a team.
Are motivated to constantly improve and share their knowledge with others.
Have the ability to make quick decisions, a sense of responsibility, initiative and honesty.
Are able to effectively perform several tasks at once.
