We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager who would be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, the organization of staff work and high quality guest service.
- Managing the service and kitchen staff, organizing and controlling their work;
- Ensuring the quality of staff work;
- Creating staff work schedules;
- Ensuring smooth and high-quality guest service;
- Carrying out financial and economic activities, preparing reports.
Employee requirements
- Management experience in the field of public catering;
- Knowledge of production processes;
- Excellent communication skills with guests;
- Ability to organize the work of staff.
- Computer skills;
- Honesty, responsibility and initiative.
- Knowledge of Russian and English will be an advantage.
