Vilnius-based restaurant ...Grey is looking for a team leader:
- restaurant manager.
We are looking for a team member or member who:
- has experience in management positions in the restaurant sector;
- speaks and writes fluently in Lithuanian and English;
- has leadership qualities and knows how to build a team;
- is hospitable, curious, proactive, tidy, honest, not inclined to be late - a real example for team members; and, of course, is responsible;
- has good computer literacy;
- quickly orients himself in situations.
What are you going to do?
- organize and plan the work of the restaurant team;
- support and develop restaurant rules, sales promotion strategies;
- be responsible for the order and image of the restaurant;
- select new team members and constantly model and motivate the restaurant team;
- organize team training, five-minute meetings and meetings;
- supervise the quality of the restaurant's work and be responsible for continuous process improvement;
- take care of the good experiences of team members and restaurant guests and sometimes resolve unexpected, conflict situations;
- work with the restaurant's cash register system, personnel documents;
- be responsible for the restaurant's economy;
- constantly cooperate with restaurant partners and suppliers;
- generate and apply new ideas in restaurant activities;
