- Knowledge of the beverage assortment
- Knowledge of the menu
- Ability to communicate with suppliers
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to lead a team
- Compliance with cleanliness, order, hygiene standards and internal restaurant rules
- Ability to work with the cash register system
- Knowledge of English
