Main responsibilities:

Organization and supervision of daily bakery activities;
Team mobilization, motivation and work coordination;
Ensuring high customer service standards;
Representing the company in communication with customers, partners and suppliers;
Maintaining a smooth work process and a good atmosphere in the team.
