Your responsibilities
- Organization of daily maintenance and management of complex activities – restaurant and apartments;
- Effective team formation, motivation and leadership, ensuring the highest quality of services;
- Development and implementation of operational strategies, aiming for business growth and profitability;
- Control of implementation of quality, hygiene and safety standards throughout the complex;
- Performance of financial, administrative and personnel management tasks;
- Cooperation with suppliers, partners and tenants, in order to ensure the smooth operation of the complex.

- Experience in managing a restaurant, hotel or similar complex;
- Excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Strong leadership qualities, ability to motivate a team and effectively manage people;
