Vilnius - UAB „Vystyk“

Main tasks:

  • Ensure efficient and smooth operation of the restaurant (plan, organize and control the work of restaurant employees, ensure the quality of work performed).
  • Ensure the number of existing restaurant visitors, promote loyalty of new customers.
  • Find ways to expand the number of customers, and provide ideas that would increase sales revenue.
  • Analyze the restaurant's performance results, statistical data and submit the necessary reports in a timely manner and make proposals for improving the services and processes provided.
  • Cooperate closely with the sales department on the preparation of conference rooms: arranging furniture, preparing the necessary equipment, organizing coffee breaks and lunches.
  • Administer and supervise the restaurant's cash register operations, issue invoices.
  • Keep records of restaurant drinks and food: conduct a monthly inventory and submit reports to accounting.

Employee requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a restaurant.
  • Analytical and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of work ethics, polite communication, positivity.
  • Lithuanian - native, good knowledge of English. Other foreign languages - an advantage.
  • Computer literacy (MS office).
  • Experience in leading a team (an advantage).

The employment contract would be concluded for a period of 1.5 years, with the possibility of changing the contract to an open-ended one, if the results are good.
