- Ensure smooth daily operation of the restaurant and high quality of service;
- Control the quality of services and compliance with guest experience standards;
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, order and internal procedures;
- Collaborate with the kitchen, F&B and other departments to achieve a smooth work process;
- Participate in the implementation of new processes and performance improvement initiatives;
- Work in the Micros Simphony program;
- Work on a rolling schedule, in shifts.

What we expect from the candidate:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Focus on high quality and results-oriented customer service;
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility;
- Knowledge of Lithuanian and English (additional languages are an advantage);
- Flexibility, initiative and a positive attitude
