"Dyvai" is a cozy family business, which combines a small 6-room hotel, restaurant, banquet facilities and hospitality under one roof. Our goal is to create a pleasant experience for every guest, so we are looking for someone who would be able to take care of the daily operations of the restaurant, guests and contribute to the growth of the business.
Nature of work:
- Organize and coordinate daily restaurant/hotel activities;
- Ensure visitor flow in the restaurant/hotel;
- Administer advance reservations, search for new reservations;
- Take care of organizing individual celebrations, banquets and group catering;
- Resolve guest issues and promptly respond to emerging situations;
- Analyze restaurant/hotel occupancy, provide suggestions for improving operations and increasing sales.
- Ensure smooth administrative work, documentation and billing.
We hope that you are a charismatic person and:
- You have work experience in the restaurant, accommodation or customer service field.
- You are responsible, organized and independent.
- You are able to communicate professionally with customers and resolve non-standard situations.
- You know how to plan work and set priorities.
- You work well with a computer.
- You speak Lithuanian, knowledge of English would be an advantage.
- You have a category B driver's license.
