When it comes to creating a new menu in the Piazza restaurant, the summer terrace Terrazza by Piazza, the Lobby Bar or the SkyBar, this is your "hour of glory"! Can you withstand the daily heat in the kitchen and at the same time support your team with a "cool mind"? If so, we are looking for you!
The main responsibilities of a restaurant head chef:
1. Ensure the highest quality of food, while maintaining cost control and profitability margins, in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
2. Develop a new and/or seasonal menu.
3. Ensure that appropriate food quality, presentation, hygiene (HACCP), technology and sanitation practices are followed.
4. Conduct monthly inventory and ensure efficient product usage
5. Lead the team to maximize team member productivity and satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with other hotel departments

Employee requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role (à la carte kitchen) and the ability to demonstrate excellent quality standards.
- Excellent team management and organizational skills.
- Motivation and ambition to inspire the team to consistently not only meet but also exceed service standards.
- Creativity, responsibility and result orientation.
- Ability to work in the evenings (from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM).
- Ideally: knowledge of Lithuanian, English, Russian
