Nature of work:
- Manage the operational activities of all restaurants in Lithuania and ensure operational efficiency
- Form and implement uniform operational standards throughout the restaurant network
- Develop restaurant and regional managers, strengthen their managerial competencies and culture of responsibility
- Analyze performance indicators, identify problems and initiate solutions
- Ensure a high level of customer service, food quality and employee experience
- Cooperate with HR, finance, marketing, supply and other functions to achieve common business goals
- Initiate and implement changes that increase restaurant profitability and operational efficiency
- Be the main operational partner for management on restaurant business issues
What to expect:
- At least 5 years of management experience in the restaurant, horeca, retail business (management of a restaurant chain is an advantage)
- Experience in managing large teams
- Strong business and financial thinking
- Ability to make decisions based on data
- Experience in implementing operational transformations and raising standards in the organization
- Success in this role is not measured by how many restaurants are visited, but by how sales, profitability, customer experience and the strength of the management team grow
