Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Specialist to the Artea bankas team who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will monitor and perform analyses of monetary transactions and ensure the implementation of the obligations provided for in the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing;
- You will analyze changes in the behavior of bank customers and monetary transactions in the context of sanctions;
- You will conduct internal and external inquiries related to customer transactions and activities;
- You will conduct internal investigations, form suspicious activity/monetary transaction reports (SAR/STR);
- You will provide proposals and/or make necessary decisions when assessing the appropriateness of the bank's customers' monetary transactions and activities.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Higher/higher education;
- At least 1 year of work experience in the field of money laundering and terrorist financing prevention - we will consider it an advantage;
- Responsibility, excellent planning skills, ability to prioritize work;
- Logical and analytical thinking, attention to detail;
- Ability to react quickly and make decisions, absorb new information;
- Understand and be able to systematize large amounts of information;
- Excellent Lithuanian writing skills;
- Good written English skills (understanding of Russian is an advantage).
- Good mood, positive thinking, ability to cooperate and work in a team;
