Main responsibilities:
What will you do?
- You will take care of hotel room reservations - from inquiry to confirmation
- You will track reservations from all channels (website, OTA, GDS, etc.) and monitor their quality
- You will adjust prices according to revenue management recommendations and monitor market trends
- You will help maximize room occupancy and average price
- You will manage group reservations, cancellations, no-shows
- You will communicate with guests and colleagues from other departments, creating a welcoming atmosphere

What are we looking for?
- Experience in hotel reservations or reception (1-2 years is an advantage)
- Good command of English
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
- Higher education (preferably in the field of tourism) is an advantage
