Courtyard by Marriott Vilnius City Center is looking for a responsible, diligent and guest service-minded team member to join the reservations team.
Primary responsibilities
- Administration of individual and group reservations;
- Entering reservations and ensuring data accuracy in systems;
- Communicating with guests by phone and e-mail;
- Administration of reservation changes, cancellations and payments;
- Collaborating with reception, sales and other hotel departments;
- Ensuring high Marriott service standards.

- Have excellent Lithuanian and English language skills;
- Are organized, attentive to details and responsible;
- Able to work in a dynamic environment;
- Have good communication and teamwork skills;
- Experience in the hotel or customer service field is an advantage.
