You will be one of the first people our guests meet before they even arrive at the hotel. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and care will help create a great guest experience from the very first contact.

📅 Administer individual and group reservations;
💻 Enter reservations and ensure data accuracy in hotel systems;
📞 Communicate with guests by phone and email;
✍️ Administer reservation changes, cancellations and payments;
🤝 Work closely with reception, sales and other hotel departments;
⭐ Ensure Marriott's high guest service standards.

✔ You communicate well in Lithuanian and English;
✔ You are organized, responsible and attentive to details;
✔ You are able to plan your work and remain effective in a dynamic environment;
✔ You like to communicate and work in a team;
✔ You have work experience in hotels or customer service (this would be an advantage, but the most important thing is the motivation to learn).
