🌲What will you do in the team?
- You will accept reservations and ensure their smooth administration, be the first point of contact for the client when planning their visit;
- You will actively present and sell services, help clients find the most suitable solutions that meet their needs;
- You will consult clients by phone, accept incoming and outgoing calls, provide information and via e-mail;
- You will resolve emerging situations and manage conflicts, respond professionally and empathetically to client needs, seeking the best solution and a pleasant client experience.
🌲What do we expect from you?
- Higher or higher education;
- Experience in sales or a health care facility (this would be an advantage);
- Good knowledge of Polish (other languages are a big advantage);
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule;
- Responsibility, honesty and warm and professional communication with customers;
- Strong computer skills;
- Ability to organize work and achieve sales results;
- Ability to conduct live training in Druskininkai or Birštonas.
