Employee requirements
Similar work experience (would be an advantage);
Excellent customer service and communication skills;
Diligence and attention to detail, responsibility, desire to improve;
Good knowledge of English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage);
Skills in working with Opera, Fidelio, TNG programs (an advantage);
Good computer skills;
Experience in customer service or reservation administration (an advantage).
