Due to growing demand, we are looking for a new team member.
Making reservations and their administration;
Customer call management;
Provision of comprehensive information to guests about services provided in the complex;
Work with the hotel management system Opera;
Flexible schedule - work also on weekends.

Employee requirements
Experience in similar work (would be an advantage);
Excellent customer service and communication skills;
Diligence and attention to detail, responsibility, desire to improve;
Good knowledge of English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage);
Skills of working with Opera, Fidelio, TNG programs (advantage);
Good computer skills.
