The Embassy of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in Vilnius is looking for a Residence Chef to act as a contractor to provide event catering.
- Maitinimas: nuo neoficialių pietų iki oficialių aukšto lygio renginių gaminant maistą Rezidencijos virtuvėje
- Maisto produktų supirkimas
- Atsargų ruošimas ir priežiūra (uogienės, šaldyti produktai ir t.t.)
The Embassy of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in Vilnius is looking for a Residence Chef to act as a contractor to provide event catering.
- Catering: from casual lunches to high-level formal events, using the Residence kitchen
- Grocery shopping
- Stock preparation and maintenance (e.g. jams, frozen items, etc.)
Reikalavimai
- Tinkamas profesinis išsilavinimas ir patirtis maitinimo srityje
- Patirtis ir aukšto lygio praktiniai įgūdžiai Britų virtuvėje
- Visų darbui reikalingų licencijų bei leidimų turėjimas
- Pasirengimas dirbti sutartomis sąlygomis (8 darbo dienos per mėnesį)
- Kūrybiškumas ir meniu kūrimo patirtis
Requirements
- Experience in catering and relevant education
- Experience and advanced practical skills in British cuisine
- Possession of all the necessary licenses and permits
- Availability based on the agreed terms (8 working days per month)
- Creativity and menu development experience
Mes siūlome
- 2000 EUR/mėn + PVM brutto palaikymo mokestį bei kompensaciją už panaudotus produktus
- Atskirą atsiskaitymą už renginius, jei darbo dienų skaičius per mėnesį viršys 8

We offer
- 2000 EUR + VAT gross as a monthly retainer fee, plus reimbursement for the cost of ingredients used
- Additional payment based on an agreed pricelist if the number of working days exceeds 8 per month

- Flexibility to combine this work with your other engagements, provided that British Embassy/Residence events remain your priority
