RGS Company Chief Energy Engineer

Ensure uninterrupted, safe and cost-effective operation, maintenance and development of all energy systems of the company (electricity, heat, water, etc.), storm and municipal wastewater systems.
Organize and control technical maintenance, repair and preventive inspections of energy facilities.
Prepare energy sector modernization strategies in order to reduce costs and increase energy efficiency.
Prepare technical specifications for public procurement, fill in mandatory documentation and reports for energy facilities.
Search and select contractors, and control the quality of work performed and compliance with deadlines.
Be responsible for compliance with electrical safety requirements of the company
Be responsible for compliance with fire safety requirements of the repair and production department.
Represent the company in communication with ESO and other contractors and the State Energy Regulatory Council.
Check the operation of the company's energy equipment, communication equipment, signaling, accounting and control devices, protection and automation devices.
Participate in testing and commissioning of energy equipment, analyze their working conditions.
Participate in the preparation of safety instructions for the supervised department.
Participate in working groups for the design of new facilities.

Higher or higher university education (in the field of energy, engineering or technological sciences).
At least 3 years of managerial work experience in the energy sector;
Valid energy worker certificates (responsible for the electricity sector AK category, responsible for the heat sector);
Driver's license (category B).
Independently organize your activities, solve problems, make decisions, innovativeness for innovations.
Be able to initiate and manage changes.
